What is the standard shipping timeframe for orders?
Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days depending on your location within the United States.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for unused and unopened items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, innerwear and food items are final sale.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to our warehouse for processing. Therefore, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they are confirmed.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, MUJI USA only ships to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations at this time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as digital payment options like PayPal and Apple Pay.
How can I track my package?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery.
